Job summary

AMFRESH Group in Peterborough is hiring a Line Leader to join our busy production site. This permanent, weekly-paid role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift from 05:45 to 18:15 with a pay rate of £13.70 per hour.

You will lead and motivate a production team, monitor KPI performance, and implement improvements to maintain smooth line operation. Experience in FMCG or food production is preferred. Strong leadership and clear communication are valued.

• Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
• Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.

About The Role
