Job summary

AMFRESH is hiring a Factory Warehouse Operative for the Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This full-time, permanent role offers 4 on, 4 off shifts from 07:00–19:00 with an hourly rate of £13.40, paid weekly.

You will pick/pack orders, scan items, move pallets, and work in a chilled environment with full PPE provided. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments.
• Great attention to detail.
• Organised and good communicator.
• Able to work independently.
• MHE experience is desired but not essential (full training onsite).

Responsibilities

• You will pick and pack customer orders.
• You will use a scanner to scan our items.
• You will be trained to use a PPT to move pallets.
• You will work in our chiller (full PPE provided).
• You will place stock into the correct location.
• You will move pallets safely in and out of the warehouse.
• You will lift up to 15kg and follow manual handling procedures.
• You will meet hourly picking targets once trained.
• You will maintain and inspect MHE equipment and report issues.
