Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is looking for a production operative at our Newport site. You will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, high-quality products and consistent output.

You’ll identify faults and resolve issues to keep lines running smoothly, and you’ll assist on the assembly line when needed. Working on a busy food manufacturing line, you will follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect product quality and colleagues.

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you'll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you'll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
