Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in the UK is seeking a production operative to join our night shift team. You’ll operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, quality meals reach our customers on time.

Working on a 7 day fortnight pattern (7pm–6am, with every other weekend off), you’ll identify faults, support the line and follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect product quality and colleagues.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues to keep production running.

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line
