Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with a strong Mac focus to join the London IT team on a 3-month on-site contract. The role covers day-to-day Mac and Windows troubleshooting for about 150 users, with emphasis on rapid ticket resolution and excellent user service.

The successful candidate will work in a predominantly Apple environment, support onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning and be a key contact for IT support in the London office.

Qualifications

• Strong Mac experience and IT support background.
• Excellent people skills and customer-focused approach.
• On-site desktop support for ~150 users in London, with ability to troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop support with a Mac focus.
• Handle walk-up and face-to-face support for London users.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
