Job summary

Ideas People Trust, part of BDO UK, is seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Lead to turn digital capability, including AI, into practical business value across the firm. You will work with technical and non-technical teams to identify opportunities to improve how we work and help colleagues maximize digital tools.

You’ll drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled workflows, delivering enablement programs, training and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital adoption, AI, automation or technology-enabled business improvements.
• Strong change and adoption expertise, driving lasting behavioural change.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft stack and AI-enabled workflows, plus governance and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coaching colleagues.
• Collaborative approach to translate tech into business opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measuring value.
