Job summary

Reply in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Digital Change Consultant to help organisations realise value from Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working. You will collaborate with experienced consultants to create engaging campaigns, training materials and stakeholder communications that explain new tools and behaviours.

You will build exposure to change and adoption initiatives, process mapping, and AI & Automation projects, while developing expertise through structured learning,

Qualifications

• Must have a 2:1 Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with the ability to propose fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled approaches.
• Develop clear campaigns and stakeholder updates explaining new tools and behaviours.
• Assist design/delivery of training materials, user guides, workshops and adoption sessions.
