Job summary

Harvey Nash Plc is seeking a Training and Adoption Lead for an 8-month contract (Inside IR35) hybrid in Edinburgh, starting ASAP. You will design and deliver a training and adoption strategy centered on Microsoft 365.

You will lead the workstream, define methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot and Power Platform, ensuring data-driven ways of working and strong information governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for large-scale digital or data programmes.
• Experience leading a training and adoption workstream or similar function.
• Ability to define training team structure and resource requirements.
• Strong understanding of change management and user adoption.
• Develop scenario-based training including Microsoft Learning Pathways.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the training and adoption strategy aligned with programme objectives.
• Assess current and future training needs and define training team structure.
• Develop and deliver guidance and training materials; run workshops and webinars.
• Define metrics for training effectiveness and staff adoption.
• Collaborate with workstream leads, communications and change teams for consistent messaging.
• Support early adopter departments and refine approaches for wider rollout.
• Provide expert advice on embedding new ways of working including data-driven decision making and AI adoption.
• Ensure training aligns with information governance, security and data protection standards.
