Equans Group is seeking a hands-on M&E Supervisor for North Middlesex University Hospital in the United Kingdom. This full-time role involves supervising maintenance teams, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safe, compliant operations on-site.

You will manage planned maintenance, plan schedules, monitor performance, and liaise with clients to deliver high-quality facilities services. The role requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rota and a commitment to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Skilled in planning and monitoring planned maintenance work to high standards.
• Proficient in maintenance data systems and risk assessments.
• Able to coordinate with clients and staff to deliver excellent service.
• Willing to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
