Job summary

CPXR is seeking an experienced Site Manager / M&E Site Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on live occupied sites across South Oxfordshire and the UK South. The role focuses on M&E and building services across healthcare, defence, education, commercial and public sectors, with strong emphasis on safety and client liaison.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, monitor programme, and oversee RAMS and site compliance, while driving quality and progress.

Qualifications

• SMSTS is essential.
• UKATA asbestos awareness is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day site management and delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics.
• Manage health & safety, RAMS and site compliance.
• Monitor programme, quality and project progress.
• Oversee M&E works including HVAC, heating, ventilation and pipework.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Support with variations, progress tracking and commercial awareness.
