Job summary

CPXR is seeking an experienced Site Manager / M&E Site Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on live occupied sites across South Oxfordshire and the UK South. The role focuses on M&E and building services across healthcare, defence, education, commercial and public sectors, with strong emphasis on safety and client liaison.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, monitor programme, and oversee RAMS and site compliance, while driving quality and progress.

Qualifications

• SMSTS is essential.
• UKATA asbestos awareness is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Salary: £55,000 DOE

THE OPPORTUNITY

CPXR is recruiting for a Site Manager / Small Works Manager to join an established and growing contractor delivering M&E and construction projects across the South.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with experience across Healthcare, Defence, Education, Commercial or Public Sector projects, particularly within live or occupied environments.

The role offers a varied project portfolio, career progression and the opportunity to work on high-profile schemes across multiple sectors.

THE ROLE

• Comfortable working on live and operational sites
• SMSTS and UKATA Asbestos Awareness - essential
• Full UK Driving Licence - essential
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
