Job summary

Randstad CPE London is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee the construction delivery of mechanical and electrical installations for a major West London project. The role is site-based five days per week, with a long-term contract running through December 2027.

You will manage the construction phase, coordinate installation activities, monitor progress against programme, ensure quality and safety, and maintain alignment with client and main contractor requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as M&E PM in an MEP subcontractor environment.
• Delivery of mechanical and electrical installations on major projects.
• Coordination of subcontractors and specialist teams.
• Understanding of testing, commissioning and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction delivery of M&E packages from mobilisation to handover.
• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
• Manage site progress, programmes, reporting and milestones.
• Work with main contractor, client, consultants and delivery teams.
• Ensure installations meet designs, specifications and project requirements.
• Oversee QA, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Address site queries and coordination issues; support commercial with variations.
