Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Building Services Manager / M&E Manager.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Main contracting experience.
• Experience managing M&E subcontractors and specialist supply chains.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of building services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver M&E / building services packages through the project lifecycle.
• Manage the building services delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Coordinate M&E design, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Work with Project Managers, Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors and subcontractors.
• Manage specialist M&E subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Review designs, specifications and technical submissions.
• Ensure works meet programme, budget and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
