Job summary

1313 is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee fit-out and refurbishment projects across the West Midlands, with a focus on Birmingham.

You will lead site operations, attend client meetings, manage delivery programmes, coordinate M&E subcontractors, and uphold health and safety, quality standards, audits, and building services management on large-scale projects up to £10m.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale M&E projects (£10m+).

M&E Site Manager to work on statement buildings projects across the West Midlands. In particular Birmingham. This M&E Site Manager must have experience of fit-outs and refurbishment projects. As a proven M&E Site Manager you will be delivering elite large scale M&E projects in excess of upto £10m.
