Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead mechanical works on a live site in Tidbury, Salisbury. You will supervise installations, manage subcontractors and site teams, and coordinate with Project Managers and engineers to keep programmes on track.

We require strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read drawings, and a solid understanding of RAMS and safety. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential; MOD experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous Mechanical Site Manager/Supervisor experience within M&E or building services.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read drawings.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of RAMS and site safety.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• MOD experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installations including heating, ventilation, water and drainage.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate works with Project Managers, engineers and other trades.
• Monitor quality, progress and programme.
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure works comply with RAMS, health & safety and company procedures.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers through to handover.
