Job summary

Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager for a high-profile residential development in London. You will oversee all M&E packages from installation to handover, coordinating with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications, and proven delivery on large developments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an M&E Site Manager on large residential, mixed-use or commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of M&E packages and their delivery on site.
• Experience coordinating with main contractors, developers and consultants.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing all M&E subcontractors on site.
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the wider construction programme.
• Monitoring quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works.
• Working with the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues.

M&E Site Manager

Location: London

Salary: £75,000- £85,000 + bonus

I'm currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Site Manager for a high-profile residential development in London.

This is an opportunity to join a project from a key stage of the build, taking responsibility for managing all M&E packages through installation, coordination, commissioning and handover. You'll work closely with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure the mechanical and electrical elements are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

The role will include:

• Managing all M&E subcontractors on site.
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the wider construction programme.
• Monitoring quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works.
• Working alongside the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
