Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical packages on a major industrial project in Bristol. You will take full site ownership, ensuring safety, on-program delivery and high-quality standards, acting as the key technical link between the project team, sub-contractors and client.

You will coordinate M&E subcontractors, monitor progress, lead safety inductions, and drive commissioning and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification.
• CSCS Card at Manager level.
• Knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all site-based M&E sub-contractors and site personnel.
• Ensure installations meet project specs, drawings, and industry regs.
• Monitor progress against the master program and mitigate delays.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and RAMS reviews.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging for M&E works.
• Attend site meetings to report progress, queries, and safety matters.
• Oversee commissioning and handover docs, testing certificates and O&M manuals.
