Job summary

Kier Group plc is looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead day-to-day mechanical and electrical installation activities within the United Utilities AMP8 framework in the North West.

You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise site teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards. Strong knowledge of CDM, RAMS and M&E integration is essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/NVQ Level 4 or degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• SMSTS and CSCS Manager/Supervisor Card required; full driving licence.
• Significant experience managing M&E installation on complex water/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of mechanical and electrical site activities.
• Coordinate supervisors, engineers, operatives and subcontractors to maintain progress.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards meet CDM requirements and RAMS.
• Manage M&E delivery from mobilisation through handover and commissioning.
• Coordinate interfaces with civil, commissioning and operational activities.
