Kier Group plc. is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineer to join our United Utilities Water Framework team in the North West. The role focuses on coordinating M&E works across water infrastructure projects, from design reviews to commissioning and handover.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Engineering Manager and site teams to ensure safe, compliant and right-first-time delivery. Relevant qualifications include HNC/HND or above and a CSCS card.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering mechanical and electrical works on capital projects.
• Strong technical understanding of pumps, valves, pipework, MCCs and LV distribution.
• Reading and coordinating technical drawings, specifications and equipment schedules.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical work packages (pumps, valves, pipework, MCCs, LV distribution, drives, instrumentation, control systems).
• Review design information, specifications, drawings and submissions for compliance with project requirements.
• Support procurement and package management with designers, construction teams and subcontractors.
• Produce and coordinate RAMS, permits, inspection and test plans, commissioning packs and handover records.
• Monitor installation progress, safety, quality, programme interfaces and assist with testing and commissioning.
