CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an M&E Shift Engineer for a high-profile Salisbury building. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance within a large on-site team, ensuring reliability of electrical and mechanical systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong facilities maintenance background, be multi-skilled, and able to work continental shift patterns including days and nights. Competitive salary up to £44,000 plus overtime and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified with trade certificates (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance on site.
• Inspect and test electrical and mechanical systems, lighting, and control panels.
• Maintain and update log books and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and report faults to site management.
