Qualifications

• Candidate should be electrically or mechanically qualified with City & Guilds or equivalent Level 2/3.
• Must hold 18th Edition (Electrical bias).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance and fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive M&E/Fabric maintenance on a high-profile Salisbury site.
• Inspect and test lighting, emergency lighting, controls, and BMS systems.
• Maintain and update site logbooks and reports, ensuring H&S compliance.
