Ethan James is recruiting an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established mechanical and electrical contractor in Hampshire. You will act as the commercial lead on live projects, ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance across the sub-contractor supply chain.

With 3–5 years’ experience in M&E contracting, you will manage variations, oversee cost control and support delivery to the client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in M&E Quantity Surveying.
• Experience working for a mechanical & electrical contractor.
• Experience managing sub-contractors contracts and variations.
• Experience on projects £500k to £10m.

Responsibilities

• Act as commercial lead on live M&E projects.
• Manage contractual terms with subcontractors and handle variations.
• Support delivery to the client and strive for commercial success.
