Davis Mills is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for a major UK project. The role focuses on managing commercial duties from procurement to final accounts, within an on-site commercial team.
Ideal candidates will have a mechanical bias and a solid understanding of electrical installations, with formal QS qualifications and strong communication skills to support project delivery and client relationships.
M&E Quantity Surveyor - The M&E Quantity Surveyor can expect a salary up to £90,000 (happy to pay on a permanent or self-employed basis) or day rate up to £400.00 a day.

They have recently been awarded a £20m new build student accommodation and are proactively recruiting an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor. The scheme is a modular construction scheme incorporating a new infrastructure set up. They are coming to the successful conclusion of the enabling works package and are looking to recruit an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their on-site commercial team. They require the skills of a M&E Quantity Surveyor to undertake commercial duties involving the whole array of responsibilities from procurement through to final accounts.
