Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking an M&E Projects Manager in Ramsgate to lead multiple on-site M&E projects from planning through to completion. The role involves coordinating project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong organisation, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing M&E projects within a building services environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
• Organised, commercially aware and able to solve problems.
• Confident dealing with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple M&E projects from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, resources and timescales.
• Coordinate project teams, site activities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical and project support to site-based teams.
• Monitor quality, compliance, HSEQ and project documentation.
• Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships throughout each project.
• Assist with variations, valuations, tenders and commercial reporting.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays and risks.
• Prepare and review RAMS and other project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
