Job summary

New Appointments Group is recruiting an M&A Projects Manager for a busy building services group in Ramsgate. You will lead multiple M&A projects from planning through to completion, coordinating with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires strong organisational and commercial awareness, excellent communication, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and risk across several concurrent projects on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading M&A projects within a building services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple M&A projects from start to finish.
• Prepare and monitor programmes, budgets, resources and timescales.
• Coordinate project teams, site activities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical and project support to site teams.
• Monitor quality, compliance, HSEQ and project documentation.
• Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships.
• Assist with variations, valuations, tenders and commercial reporting.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays and risks.
• Prepare and review RAMS and other project documentation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
