Job summary

BD Group is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical capital works across housing, corporate property and regeneration schemes in a hybrid working setup. You will drive projects from feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, compliance, on-time delivery and value for money.

The role requires strong project management, budget control and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on energy

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering M&E capital works across housing, corporate property or regeneration projects.
• Experience from feasibility through to handover and commissioning.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, programmes and contractor performance.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations, CDM and safety requirements.
• PRINCE2, APM PMQ or similar qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of M&E capital works from inception to completion.
• Manage scope, programme, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop project plans, risk registers and delivery programmes.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and client representatives.
• Provide M&E input into feasibility studies and business cases.
• Review design development and ensure compliance.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of systems.
• Ensure high-quality handover documentation and asset data.
