Job summary

Dalkia Scotland is seeking an experienced Planner to support multi-discipline building services projects, coordinating with operational and commercial teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery. The role focuses on planning, delivery excellence, client relationships and continuous improvement across the business.

The candidate should have an HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent and strong M&E knowledge, with a commercial and project delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E services.
• Commercial, design, financial and project knowledge across multi-discipline contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control site-based teams and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver works to high standards and in line with standards and codes.
• Collaborate to meet milestones, contractual obligations and schedules.
• Set and manage financial targets; report on performance to management.
• Provide analysis and advice on project delivery to clients and teams.
• Offer technical support to customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support training to enhance unit and business effectiveness.
