Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated – UK portfolio maintenance PM role based in Birmingham/London. Lead day‑to‑day M&E maintenance projects, coordinate with WE&O, manage CAPEX delivery, and ensure work streams are scheduled, delivered on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, MRICS/PRINCE2 or equivalent, and experience in financial services environments, with strong vendor and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with post‑degree experience in building services or M&E projects.
• Professional qualification (MRICS/ASSOC RICS/APMP/PRINCE2) or working towards APC.
• Experience in financial services or banking environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E maintenance with capital improvement programs and lifecycle planning.
• Prepare RFQs, present business cases, and manage works from conception to completion.
• Engage stakeholders and manage contracts, procurement, and vendor performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and financial targets are met for assigned portfolio.
