Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer for an on-site London role. The position covers planned and reactive maintenance with responsibilities including technical reporting and client liaison, working 7am–4pm.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance, an electrical/mechanical engineering apprenticeship, 18th Edition, and strong communication skills. On-site collaboration with subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' maintenance or similar experience.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (BS 7671).
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Use technology systems to ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist management with quotations for extra works.
• Provide first line out-of-hours call-out for the site.
• Coordinate on-site subcontractors and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
