Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled Portfolio Maintenance professional to lead day-to-day M&E and building fabric projects in the UK, coordinating with WE&O and client stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role focuses on mechanical and electrical systems, with emphasis on lifecycle planning, risk management and compliance within a financial services environment. On-site in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or building services
• 3+ years post-degree experience in building services or M&E projects
• Professional qualification (MRICS/AssocRICS/APMP/PRINCE2) or APC in progress
• Experience in Financial Services/Banking environment
• Experience delivering M&E projects and fabric projects with system integration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver Portfolio Maintenance projects focused on M&E and building fabric
• Coordinate with WE&O teams to align with capital improvement programs and system lifecycle planning
• Prepare RFQs, present business cases to clients, and manage works from conception to completion
• Respond to reactive issues outside the WE&O remit
• Support WE&O Managers with Portfolio Maintenance delivery
• Deliver Portfolio Maintenance CAPEX expenditure and reporting
• Provide assurance and compliance with audits and internal controls
