Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead the on-site facilities maintenance and engineering team at a premier London site. You will oversee MEP systems, manage the maintenance schedule, and ensure service delivery meets contractual SLAs.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive safety culture, with responsibility for risk assessments, reporting, and collaboration with clients and subcontractors to keep the building safe,

Qualifications

Essential 5–10 years in facilities maintenance supervision in corporate/high-end commercial environments.
Strong hands-on background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Experience managing an in-house multi-skilled engineering team.
Proficient in CAFM for work orders, reporting and SLA/KPI tracking.
Relevant technical qualifications desirable (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC/HND in building services).

Responsibilities

Lead site-based engineering team to deliver maintenance and repair services per contract.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance; ensure maximum uptime and safety.
Conduct health, safety and RAMS reviews; ensure regulatory compliance.
Act as client technical point of contact; report on performance and challenges.
Manage subcontractors, quotes, spares, and inventory; drive continuous improvement.
