Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a proactive Multiskilled Engineer to provide on-site maintenance across building services at our London sites. You will perform PPM and reactive tasks, diagnose faults, and ensure safety procedures are followed while maintaining detailed records.

The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ in engineering, good fault-finding skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-site London location with standard hours and on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Proven multiskilled maintenance experience in fast-paced or critical environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and repair HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and building services.
• Ensure work complies with safety procedures and record activities in CAFM system.
