Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Engineering Supervisor to lead the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance team across site assets, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective planned and reactive maintenance.

You will develop proposals, manage budgets, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to deliver high-quality services while promoting SHEQ and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance disciplines.
• Previous supervisory experience in engineering or FM environments.
• Understanding of planned and reactive maintenance delivery.
• Health and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance team.
• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance programmes for site assets.
• Ensure continuity and reliability of critical building services.
• Evaluate requirements and develop maintenance or project proposals.
• Manage remedial works to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Provide engineering support for minor refurbishments.
• Promote SHEQ culture and safety improvements.
• Support budget forecasting and financial reporting.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to maintain service excellence.
• Support service development and change management.
• Attend customer meetings providing technical guidance.
