Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance professional to cover mechanical and building services across site operations. The role involves responding to maintenance needs, performing testing, and ensuring plant reliability and safety.

Must hold qualifications in electrical disciplines (C&G/ BTEC Level 3 or equivalent) with experience in HVCA and building services. IT literacy and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building services environment.
• Good numeracy and IT literacy.
• Understanding of legislative compliance and contract law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general mechanical/HVCA/building services maintenance support on buildings and plant.
• Implement mechanical maintenance and corrective works per Maintenance Instructions and site procedures.
• Test and inspect mechanical systems to industry standards.
• Provide accurate feedback via test sheets and work dockets.
