Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee hard services in a dynamic environment. You will manage maintenance, incident response and energy initiatives while ensuring safety and performance across a contract region.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for service delivery including risk and compliance.
• Principal contact for technical and operational escalations including incident & failure management.
• Management of all planned maintenance and reactive works.
• Provide technical and operational support to helpdesk and support service functions.
• Support sustainability and energy management initiatives.
• Budgetary responsibility for a contract region and cost base.
• Lead by example in safety, inclusion and diversity.
• Manage performance of direct engineer reports, including engagement, motivation and attendance.
