Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Services Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) to lead M&E maintenance across a diverse multi-site estate for a Local Authority.

You will ensure statutory compliance, manage PPMs and reactive works, provide technical leadership to teams and contractors, and drive performance against KPIs while fostering strong relationships with school leaders and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Technical Services or Engineering Manager role within Facilities Management.
• Strong M&E knowledge with relevant technical qualifications.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site estates and manage contractors, budgets and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E maintenance across a diverse estate and ensure delivery to required standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and H&S requirements.
• Manage PPM programmes and oversee reactive maintenance activities.
