Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a professional facilities team at a high-profile technical site in Teddington. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on site systems, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary up to £45,000 per year.

We are open to candidates from a range of maintenance backgrounds, including electrical, mechanical and multi-skilled engineers, who can diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and work safely

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance
• Background in building services or facilities environments
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical or mechanical faults
• Carrying out routine inspections and testing
• Maintaining building services and site infrastructure
• Responding to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards
• Working as part of an established engineering and facilities team
