HVAC Recruitment is seeking Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join an established facilities team at a high-profile technical site in the Teddington (TW11) area. The role offers a stable, Monday-to-Friday maintenance position within a professional, technically focused environment.

You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of site facilities, with duties spanning PPM, fault finding, inspections, and safety-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial facilities management or similar environment.
• Able to diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across site equipment and systems.
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical and mechanical assets.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical or mechanical faults.
• Carrying out routine inspections and testing of building services.
• Maintaining building services and site infrastructure to high standards.
• Responding to maintenance requests and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to required standards.
• Working as part of an established engineering and facilities team.

We are currently recruiting for Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join an established facilities team at a high-profile technical and research site in the Teddington (TW11) area.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the site, ensuring all facilities, systems and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
