Job summary

Technical Resource Solutions Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Hatfield to maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, air conditioning, and chillers. You will respond to breakdowns, monitor BMS, and participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota, with a double day shift pattern (6-2 / 2-10).

The ideal candidate has a building services background with NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and strong fault-finding skills across heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC.
• Able to commute to Hatfield.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, air conditioning, and chillers.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs.
• Monitor building management systems.
• Cover call-out rota 1 in 5.
• Work Monday to Friday double day shifts (6-2, 2-10).

Your Duties:

• Mechanical maintenance on a range of HVAC systems including AHU's, air conditioning, chillers and more


• Responding to breakdowns and repairs


• Monitor building management systems


• Call out rota 1 in 5


• Monday to Friday double day shift (6-2 / 2-10)

Your Experience:

• Maintenance engineer from a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar)


• Strong experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC systems etc


• A good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS and emergency generator systems


• Able to commute to Hatfield
