Job summary

Invictus Group in Farnborough is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our team on a stable Monday-to-Friday shift (7:30am–4:00pm). The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance of building services, with no call-out requirement, and offers strong overtime, training and career progression opportunities.

You will service AHUs, FCUs and HVAC systems, diagnose faults, maintain records and ensure safety and compliance while supporting the facilities team.

Qualifications

• 17th Edition electrical qualification.
• Level 3 qualification ideal in electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of AHUs and FCUs.
• Experience in commercial or facilities maintenance.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full understanding of health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across M&E building services.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintain and service AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC equipment.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Complete maintenance records and relevant documentation.
• Work proactively to identify potential issues and minimise equipment downtime.
• Support the wider engineering and facilities team as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety procedures and regulations.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineer to join our team based in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with no call-out requirement, alongside excellent opportunities for overtime, training and career progression.

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services, ensuring equipment and systems remain safe, compliant and operational.

About You
