Sudlows, based in Manchester, seeks an experienced M&E engineering professional to act as the technical design lead on complex data centre and critical infrastructure projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary building services integration, from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring resilience, safety and compliance. This role requires strong client communication and design leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services or related engineering discipline.
• Substantial M&E design experience on complex projects.
• Chartered status or progress towards it is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Undertake and approve engineering design within own discipline and lead multidisciplinary M&E design from feasibility through handover.
• Define design strategy, scope and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, fire and specialist systems and manage interfaces and changes.
