M&E Contracts / Procurement Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent
Level: Mid-Level / Senior
LGP Consultancy are working on behalf of a well-established North West-based commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor to recruit an M&E Contracts & Procurement Manager.
This is a brand-new position created to strengthen the company's M&E capability across tendering, procurement and commercial buying as it continues to secure and deliver projects as a main contractor.
This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious M&E professional to build and shape a new function from the ground up, rather than simply step into an established procurement structure.
The successful candidate will initially take ownership of M&E procurement and commercial buying, with the long-term opportunity to build and lead a dedicated team and potentially develop this function into a standalone arm of the wider business.
The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased, with a strong understanding of electrical services and M&E subcontracting.
You may currently be working within M&E procurement, commercial management, contracts management, estimating, or subcontractor management and will ideally have experience working within commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or construction.
This is not a hire into an existing procurement department.
It's an opportunity for someone with ambition to come in, take ownership and build something from the ground up.
You will have genuine influence over how the M&E procurement function develops, with a clear opportunity to build a team around you as the business grows.
For the right person, there is also the potential to develop the function into a new standalone arm of the business, creating significant long-term career and commercial opportunities.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE + Benefits
If you're an ambitious M&E professional looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact and build something of your own, we'd be keen to hear from you.
