Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Engineer to develop mechanical and electrical design solutions across a range of sites, working with the Minor Works Manager.

You will design and specify building services, prepare project estimates and quotations, manage budgets, and supervise trainees, contributing to the Mitie Contract Team with professional integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Building Services with Engineering Council recognition.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Services projects/design.
• Experience in designing and specifying building services and budgets.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small packages of work and supervise trainees.
• Communicate with departmental management to ensure resource requirements.
• Participate in internal design reviews and implement actions.
• Develop mechanical and electrical design solutions for projects.
