Job summary

You will manage the full lifecycle from opportunity assessment to post-deal integration, working with leaders to align people, processes and ways of working to deliver long-term value.

The role demands strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-moving, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• M&A experience with strong consulting or organisational change skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable findings.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or integration programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities across the M&A lifecycle including due diligence and integration planning.
• Assess acquisition opportunities, value creation, and business risks.
• Develop future operating models and integration plans with leaders across functions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive decisions and align stakeholders.
• Support employees through change and engage leadership in transformation.
