Job summary

Aon is seeking an M&A Associate Director – Transaction Solutions to join our AMATS team across UK offices. The role focuses on leading day-to-day delivery of broking placements, client and insurer engagement, and managing underwriting processes within a hybrid work setup.

You will supervise invoicing post-transaction and collate marketing collateral, while developing relationships with clients, advisers, and the M&A community. Strong project management and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• W&I, Tax or general Transaction Services experience in a legal context.
• Established connections with M&A advisory/private equity communities in the local market.
• Project management responsibilities in current or prior roles.
• Experience developing and managing internal/external relationships and networking.
• Proven ability to produce clear written outputs with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of broking placements: client and insurer engagement, insurer submissions, drafting client reports, project managing underwriting, policy binding.
• Supervise post-transaction invoicing and collate post-deal marketing collateral.
• Manage collaborator relationships; client and adviser relationships are key to business generation.
• Attend external networking events, conferences and seminars and contribute to business development efforts.
• Boost understanding of AMATS capabilities to connect with collaborators.
