Job summary

Aon is seeking an M&A Associate Director in Transaction Solutions to drive day‑to‑day broking placements, client engagement and underwriting processes across UK regional offices. The role sits within AMATS and offers hybrid working arrangements, with significant scope for client development and cross‑border opportunities.

Qualifications

• W&I / Tax or Transaction Services experience, ideally from the legal sector.
• Strong relationships with the M&A advisory/private equity community in the local market.
• Project management responsibilities in current or previous roles.
• Experience in developing and managing relationships and attending networking events.
• Experience producing written outputs with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leading day to day delivery of broking placements – client and insurer engagement, insurer submissions, client reports, underwriting process, policy binding.
• Supervise post transaction invoicing and collating post-deal marketing collateral.
• Manage collaborator relationships with client and adviser relationships for business generation.
• Attend external networking events, conferences, and seminars to contribute to business development.
• Boost understanding of AMATS capabilities to connect with collaborators.
