Job summary

Aon is seeking an M&A Associate Director for Transaction Solutions across various UK office locations. The role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, including client engagement, insurer submissions, and managing the underwriting process.

Qualifications

• W&I/Tax/TS experience ideally from within the legal sector.
• Strong network with the M&A advisory/private equity community in the local market.
• Project management responsibilities in current or previous roles.
• Experience in developing and managing internal/external relationships and attending networking events.
• Experience in producing written outputs with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of broking placements, including client and insurer engagement, insurer submissions, client reports, underwriting process, and policy binding.
• Supervise post-transaction invoicing and collate post-deal marketing collateral.
• Manage collaborator relationships with clients and advisers to support business generation.
• Attend external networking events, conferences, and seminars and contribute to business development efforts.
• Boost understanding of the broader AMATS capabilities to connect with collaborators.
