Job summary

Aon, a global professional services firm, is seeking an M&A Associate Director – Transaction Solutions in the UK. Based in a regional office with hybrid working, you will lead day-to-day delivery of broking placements, engage with clients and insurers, and manage underwriting processes.

The role emphasizes building relationships with the M&A advisory/private equity community, supervising invoicing, and contributing to business development at events and seminars.

Qualifications

• Experience in W&I, Tax, or general Transaction Services ideally from the legal sector.
• Established working relationships with the M&A advisory/private equity community in the local market.
• Project management responsibility in current or previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of broking placements, including client and insurer engagement and underwriting coordination.
• Supervise post-transaction invoicing and post-deal marketing collateral.
• Manage collaborator relationships and contribute to business development at events and seminars.
• Attend external networking events to support AMATS capabilities and collaborations.
• Support growth of Aon's Mid‑Market M&A capability and cross‑team connections.
