Job summary

Deloitte (UK) is offering a Summer Vacation Scheme in M&A Technology, part of Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration. You will support tech due diligence on AI, IT functions and cybersecurity, helping clients achieve their M&A objectives.

The role spans across the deal lifecycle with collaboration across Deloitte teams. You’ll work within a hybrid model, with client interactions and in-person assessments; induction, mentoring, and buddy support accompany a comprehensive graduate pathway,

Qualifications

• Eligible for Summer Vacation Scheme if studying toward a minimum 2:1 and due to graduate by September 2028.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to deliver strategic M&A objectives where technology is involved.
• Advise stakeholders on the role of technology in executing deals and value across mergers, acquisitions, divestments and performance improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle and understand how technology domains impact business performance.

Education

Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
