Job summary

Akkodis seeks an experienced Technology M&A Specialist to shape and grow a premier capability across the UK. You will lead technology assessments, advise on IT due diligence, integration and separation, and translate technical findings into commercial impact for senior deal teams.

The role covers a broad range of sectors, with travel across UK client sites. You will develop propositions, lead bids, and help generate substantial consulting revenue while growing the practice with senior

Qualifications

Significant experience leading IT M&A engagements within consulting or advisory services.
Strong knowledge of IT due diligence, post-merger integration and technology separation.
Experience delivering complex, high-value transactions across multiple technology workstreams.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and ERP environments.
Ability to translate technical findings into clear commercial advice for senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of winning work and creating follow-on opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead technology assessments across IT infrastructure, ERP, cloud and cybersecurity.
Drive post-deal integration and separation programmes to realise synergies.
Shape technology propositions, proposals and bids to grow the practice.
Manage cross-functional teams and senior client relationships across multiple engagements.
Ensure business continuity and data integrity during transitions and carve-outs.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on reducing deal risk and value leakage.
